The Russian war in Ukraine has left 12-year-old Kira Obedinsky an orphan after she was injured in an explosion. She was taken to a Russian hospital, but her grandfather cannot reach her and is told that she will be placed in a Russian orphanage. CNN's Phil Black reports.
