The 20th HINGDE TRAINING PROGRAMME of Regional Zeliangrong Heraka Association, Assam held at various places i.e Lungchira under Longmang circle, Boro Henam under Njebak circle, Himraichak under Nianglua circle and Nrianam Pungchi under Hakapi Circle w.e.f. 8th of July 2017 to 10th of July 2017. The training program of Hingde is also of various activities of culturals and health related activities like Yoga etc. In the programme 4 to 5 Resource persons were attended from different places. Many youth participated in the even program, from the first day of the training it is learned that the participants were very much interested and gain knowledge not only of Hingde but veriuos cultural activities , it will continue till the 10th of July 2017.
